MX45S Linear Positioner |
| The MX45S is a 45 mm wide miniature screw driven
positioner based on the award winning MX80 family.
predecessor, the MX45S is designed for OEM’s requiring reliable
linear positioning in space restricted applications. Designed with
anti-cage creep cross roller bearings, this miniature positioner allows
users to position up to 7 Kg (15.4 lbs) of normal load on
three standard travel lengths (5 mm, 15 mm and 25 mm).
MX45S can be supplied with a high efficiency leadscrew or a high
precision ballscrew, both of which are capable of producing 40 N of thrust at linear velocities of 20 mm/s and
30 mm/s respectively.
In addition to the standard features designed into the MX45S, there are several options available to help
match the positioner’s performance to
encoders, digital limit/home sensor packs and the ability to order and receive one of eleven pre
multi-axis systems.

The 400XR precision linear positioners family has achieved global recognition for consistent accuracy, reliable performance ,high strength, and unmatched versatility. The XR's have excelled in industries such as fiber optics and instrumentation, where the highest degree of precision is demanded. The 401XR and 402XR "Mini" Series positioners enhance the 400XR family of precision linear positioners, addressing applications which involve precise positioning of smaller payloads within a very small space envelope. MX80S Miniature Stage Series |
The MX80S low profile miniature positioner offers reliable linear positioning for space restricted applications. It can be driven by a 2mm lead precision ground ballscrew or a high efficiency PTFE coated leadscrew offered with 1mm, 2mm, and 10mm leads and can be driven by either a servo or stepper motor. The MX80S can include digital limit/home sensors and is offered with an attractive black anodize finish or can be provided with a clean room preparation.

HLE-Z Linear Actuator |
The HLE-Z offers a unique rack and pinion style drive mechanism that enables travel distances greater than those attainable with a belt drive.
The carriage is independently driven; therefore, more than one carriage can be employed on a given axis. High dynamic stiffness regardless of travel length. Can be spliced to achieve travels and performance well beyond that of a belt and pulley.
