In-Sight 5110 provides high-performance 1D and 2D decoding for high-speed industrial identification and demanding direct part mark identification applications.
In-Sight 5410 provides all model 5110 capabilities, with additional processing power to achieve 1D and 2D code-reading throughput of rates exceeding 7200ppm.
In-Sight 5411 combines higher processing power with increased image resolution (1024 x 768). This makes the 5411 ideal for reading applications where multiple codes have to be read at one time, or when more detailed mark quality assessment is required for process control purposes. |

The Intelligent Scanner is the ONLY industrial barcode reader to include OCR/OCV capabilities. Reading up to 200 codes per second, the Intelligent Scanner is the undisputed leader in speed and accuracy.
Powerful OCR feature achieves absolute accuracy even in less than ideal industrial environments. Character voids and blemishes, poor lighting and background inconsistencies present no problems for the Intelligent Scanner. Automatic identification and data capture by reading bar codes, Data Matrix and OCR characters to communicate coordinate information to motion control, SPC, HMI and PLC packages. In addition to supporting the older ECC code formats, the Intelligent Scanner interprets popular code formats including ECC200, Interleaved 2-of-5, Code 3-of-9, Code 128 and the new General Motors code, PDF-417. To measure code quality or integrity, the Intelligent Scanner outputs the number of errors in the code that the algorithm had to correct. Built-in Ethernet communications means easy integration with the existing plant network and seamless data transfer.
