Spreadsheets Max Training has been developed to give new or potential In-Sight users a 3-day overview of the hardware and software used by In-Sight vision systems. With the focus on getting the most from the In-Sight Explorer Spreadsheets interface, users learn how to walk through the process of setting up a vision application using spreadsheet programming best practices. Students will then learn how to use advanced tools and those tools recently added to the spreadsheets environment to solve real-world applications.

NEW Cognex In-Sight 9000 Series Ultra-High-Resolution Machine Vision Cameras.

Cognews InSight 9000 Ultra-High-Resolution
Just released in November, the new In-Sight® 9000 series,  an ultra-high-resolution vision system. The In-Sight 9000 series acquires exceptionally detailed images for high-accuracy part location, measurement, and inspection over large areas—even when mounted at long distances.
The In-Sight 9000 series consists of two models, the 9902L (2K line scan) and the 9912 (12MP area scan), both IP67-rated. Also available with monochrome or color options.
Like all In-Sight vision systems, the In-Sight 9000 series simplifies application design and setup with the familiar, easy-to-use In-Sight Explorer EasyBuilder® interface. Cognex’s full suite of industry-leading vision tools and technologies, including PatMax RedLine™ and High Dynamic Range Plus (HDR+) technology, solve a wide range of applications. The Cognex In-Sight 9000 series is available now.

The world’s smallest six-axis industrial robot arm.

When fully extended, the length of the Meca500 robot arm is about 330 mm. The Meca500 weighs 4.5 kg and has a payload of 0.5 kg at speed. * heavier payloads at lower speeds.

Equipped with the best available zero-backlash speed reducers and with high-resolution battery-less absolute encoders, and having a body made entirely of aluminum, the Meca500 has a repeatability of 5 μm.

Not only is the Meca500 more than twice as small as other small industrial robots, but the Meca500’s controller is embedded in its palm-sized base. There is no bulky controller cabinet, no teach pendant, no messy cables. With its tiny footprint, the Meca500 is the perfect choice for small, confined spaces.
