Parker’s InteractX has long been the industry leader for graphics and ease of development. With the release of
Version 3.0, InteractX graduates from Level 2 HMI to SCADA system. InteractX 3.0 supports a host of new
features, including historical trending playback in both graphical and grid-based viewers, tag sharing with our
Interact Xpress machine level HMI and conditional data transfers.
There are more than 20 significant improvements in the 3.0 release beyond the “headline features” of trending
and tag sharing. These updates include everything from renaming the Input List tool as the recipe tool to
adding even more information in our tooltips. A complete list of updates can be found in our “What’s New”
document on the Extranet or Parkermotion.com.
InteractX 3.0 can host both screens and tag data published from our Interact Xpress machine level HMIs,
eliminating the need to duplicate this information at the SCADA level. The data can then be logged to any
supported database (SQL Server, Oracle, Access, ODBC, etc.) and replayed or analyzed using the new
integrated trending tools. Third-party products continue to be well supported with open technologies like OPC
and a bundled comm server capability that now includes more than 70 device drivers. InteractX is the
SCADA solution that plays well with others: It can be easily deployed into heterogeneous HMI environments
with easier implementation and lower costs than any other SCADA solution. |
